Color Joy Privacy Policy

1. How the app works

Color Joy does not require an account. In version 1.2, four pictures are included for offline play; other pictures are downloaded when you choose them. Once downloaded, a picture can be opened offline while it remains on your device. The app does not upload your coloring progress or completed pictures to MonkeyOne and does not provide cloud synchronization.

2. Information on your device

Coloring progress, completed images, favorites, language and sound preferences, and downloaded content are stored on your device. Clearing app data, uninstalling the app, device failure or operating-system actions can remove this information. If you enable device backup, the backup provider and your device settings govern that separate service.

3. Network requests

When you choose to download pictures or use the download option, the app requests a signed content catalog and the selected files over HTTPS. Cloudflare provides the content delivery and website infrastructure. To route, protect and deliver requests, Cloudflare may process technical information such as your IP address, request time, requested URL, response status and device or browser connection information. Network and security services may derive an approximate location from an IP address. This information is used to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the service, not to receive your coloring progress or create an advertising profile. 4. Saving pictures

Saving a completed picture is optional and happens when you choose to save it. On Android 10 and later, the app adds its own image to the system gallery without asking to read your photos. On Android 7.1 to 9, Android may request storage permission to save. Refusing permission does not prevent coloring. The app does not read or upload your other photos. Images saved to the system gallery remain there until you delete them separately.

5. Advertising, purchases and analytics

The app has no ads, subscriptions, in-app purchases, account registration, chat, or in-app advertising and analytics SDKs. Google Play and the Android operating system operate independently under their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Support, retention and deletion

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send so that we can respond. Please send only what is needed. We retain support correspondence only as needed to handle the request or comply with legal obligations; you may ask us to delete it using the contact address below. Technical records are retained by our service providers according to their operational, security and legal requirements. You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable by contacting us. We may need information sufficient to identify a request and may retain information where required by law.

To remove app data, use your device's app settings or uninstall Color Joy. Delete exported images separately from your gallery and manage any device backups through your backup provider. There is no Color Joy account or cloud progress database to delete.

7. Children and families

Parents or guardians may contact us with privacy questions or requests concerning a child. Please avoid including a child's name, image, location or other identifying details unless needed to handle the request.

8. Website and changes

The website provides the gallery and public copies of these documents. When you visit it, Cloudflare and your network provider process connection information as described above; security-related cookies may be used where needed. The app also contains offline copies of these documents. We will publish updates on this page and include updated local text in a subsequent app release. The effective date identifies this version.
